| I was in Palmarolle about 6 years back when the town had the family reunion/golf charity with Rogitien Vachon.My dad is from Palmarolle. His name is Jean-Guy Fortier. His mother and father were Ernest Fortier and Clara Vachon. We visited his old farmstead (as it was vacant and for sale).We visited old family friends and to my shock some recogcnized him from all those years back.It was great. We loved the town, the parade , the tarte au sucre and poutine. Hope to be back some day. | ||
