Gallichan

The colourful parish of Gallichan owes its unique appearance to the majestic Duparquet River, which is bordered by two magnificent banks.

Gallichan used to be a fur trading post back in the 18th century. Fascinating traces of that not-so-long-ago past and of a much earlier age can be seen at the former village rectory.
